Manager:  Mr Keith Robinson – JP

Keith and his family moved to this area to give the family a better life style and to be closer to the childrens grandparents who have lived here for about 25 years. Prior to moving here permanently, Keith had been a regular visitor to the area for well over 30 years, enjoying many holidays here trying to catch a feed in the Basin and chasing kangaroos on the golf course.

Keith's career has included 7½ years with National Australia Bank, 13½years with Illawarra Mutual Building Society, 4 years in the Real Estate Industry and Bendigo Community Bank since opening in 2004. Keith is an Associate member of the Institute of Financial Services and a registered JP.

As far as personal interests are concerned Keith tells us he doesn't get a lot of time for his two loved hobbies of fishing and golf since the two girls came along, but he is very much looking forward to his girls being old enough to teach them to fish. Keith believes that family is what life is all about, in some ways the philosophy of the Community Bank is very similar. Everyone working together towards a successful community and bank.

The nature of the set up for the Bank was a significant influence in Keith deciding to be the inaugural Branch Manager for Bendigo Bank Sanctuary Point. "The idea of a bank that was back to old fashioned customer service and values very much appealed to me"

If you haven't already done so, we would like to invite you to visit or phone the bank to discuss your financial needs with our Branch Manager, we are sure you will find Keith most approachable and helpful.

Kerry Welsh.

Hello I'm Kerry, I am the Customer Relationship Officer at the branch. My role is designed to provide a high standard of professional service that explores the customers circumstances and provides solutions relevant to their lifestyle. I am looking forward to developing a strong working relationship within the branch, its current customers and the wider community. I am very proud to be working for a Community Bank.

I was previously working at the Nowra Bendigo Community Bank and have also had careers in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance and Retail. I have experience in dealing with all levels of management and have completed the Management Development Program.

I have lived in the local area for 25 years and I have always lived on the South Coast. I have two grown daughters and one very large dog. I enjoy travelling to the most remote parts of the Australian Outback. I invite you to drop in and say hello.

Karen Charles

A lot of you will recognise a familiar face who is back behind the counter at Bendigo Bank. Karen Charles has re-joined the team after returning to the area from Coffs Harbour. Karen joined Bendigo Sanctuary Point approximately 8 years ago. Karen moved onto pursue her career and further studies within the financial sector & local community based banking institutions. Karen has returned to the Bay & Basin community which she calls home where she was actively involved within the community and raised her family. Karen is looking forward to assisting our clients. Welcome back to the team Karen, drop in and say hi when you have the chance.

Cheryl

I’m happy to have become a part of the Sanctuary Point & Districts Community Bank Branch. I have lived in the area now for 3 years running a BNB. My whole life was spent in Shellharbour where we raised three children. Working at the Oak Flats Community Bank Branch from 2007 to 2015 and am excited to bring this 8 1/2 years’ experience to the Sanctuary Point branch. My spare time is spent with my dogs, family and my fiancé Shannon. We love to explore the beautiful area and walk along the many beautiful beaches and visit as many cafes and restaurants in the area we can. I’m excited to be part of the community and look forward to meeting you at the branch.
